RainbowDigital helps users store, view, and manage digital receipts.
RainbowDigital is passwordless platform. Authentication credentials are securely managed and stored on user's own device only as necessary to provide connected functionalities.
Receipt images and account information are stored using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
RainbowDigital does not sell personal information.
RainbowDigital does not share user receipt images with third parties.
Access to customer receipts is restricted.
Authorized personnel may access customer data only when necessary to provide support, resolve technical issues, maintain service security, or comply with legal obligations.
RainbowDigital may access information from connected email, commerce, and payment providers when authorized by the user.
RainbowDigital only accesses information necessary to provide user-requested functionality. For email providers, only content explicitly saved by the user is stored in Receipt Vault.
If a user connects a work, school, or organizational account, the user is responsible for obtaining any required authorization or approval from the organization. RainbowDigital does not grant or bypass organizational permissions. Commerce and payment integrations are intended to allow users to view and analyze information from connected accounts. Information is not automatically imported into RainbowDigital unless explicitly initiated by the user.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect user information.
